Gritizer is available to users who are of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are accessing Gritizer from a jurisdiction where you do not meet the legal age requirement, please have a parent or guardian contact us to provide written consent for your usage of our services.

Gritizer provides tools and features to assist personal trainers in managing their client relationships, including:

In-app payment processing.
Marketing and promotional tools for business growth.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gritizer account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Your account is personal, and you must not share access with others.

6. Trainer Responsibilities

Trainers using Gritizer agree to:

Ensure that they have the necessary qualifications and certifications to provide fitness training services.
Obtain consent from clients for data collection and management.
Handle client data in compliance with data protection laws.
Use Gritizer solely for professional purposes and not for any unlawful activities.

7. Subscription Fees for Trainers

Trainers are required to pay a subscription fee to access and use Gritizer's platform services. The subscription fee:

Is based on the selected package and features offered.
Must be paid in advance for each billing period.
Is non-refundable, even in cases of partial usage or account cancellation during an active subscription term.

Free Trials and Promotional Periods: At our discretion, we may offer free trials or promotional periods for new trainers. Such trials are governed by these Terms and may be discontinued or modified at any time.

8. Fees and Payment Processing

Collection of Client Payments

Gritizer collects payments from clients on behalf of personal trainers and processes them through our secure payment system. As part of this service, Gritizer will take a fixed fee or a percentage-based cut from each payment before distributing the remainder to the trainer.

Service Fees

The fixed or percentage fee retained by Gritizer is outlined in the trainer's subscription plan and may be updated with prior notice. By using Gritizer's payment services, trainers agree to allow Gritizer to deduct these fees from each client payment.

Payment Distribution

Gritizer will distribute payments to trainers on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or monthly). Trainers are responsible for providing accurate bank account or payment details for receiving these funds. Gritizer is not liable for delays or errors in payment distribution caused by incorrect or outdated payment information.

Refunds and Disputes

Any disputes or refund requests are managed directly between trainers and clients. Gritizer facilitates payment processing but does not handle refund requests or disputes unless otherwise required by law. Trainers are responsible for setting and communicating their refund policies to clients.

9. Client-Related Services

Gritizer provides trainers with tools to input and manage client information. Clients do not pay Gritizer directly; fees are managed between trainers and clients. Gritizer is not liable for any disputes between trainers and clients regarding payments or services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software on Gritizer, including text, graphics, logos, and other assets, are owned by Gritizer, Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is prohibited.

11. Data Privacy

Gritizer respects user privacy and adheres to data protection regulations. Trainers retain ownership of client data entered into Gritizer. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gritizer, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the platform.
Errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
